These ration extenders were handed out in African villages by NGOs in the early 2020s. A Ration Extender created nutritional capsules according to the needs of a village. They were extremely expensive to make and were never used as intended, and therefore discontinued.
They became popular in the black market to manipulate non-food items. If you have one of these, consider yourself lucky.
