Julien Vallée, the gentleperson who’s going to teach us some stop-motion video techniques

October 2 2009

I just thought I should post on the blog a link to the website of Julien Vallée, a Montréal-based graphic/motion designer since we second-year students in IxD are going to have an intensive, 4-day workshop with him. Check his stuff out. Purrrty rad. Word.

Awesome. I have just worked on a small “project” where we experimented with stop-motion. It is hard! If you get a chance to video parts of the lecture/workshop I’d be super interested. Or even reading some notes on it. Does he mix stop-motion with normal video? Kind of looks like it.
