This year’s theme for UID Design Talks is Design for the futureâ€â€the future of design. How do the key issues of today, global warming, global economy, sustainability, universal design, catastrophes etc. affect the design world and how will designers design the future?
Our aim has been to bring in speakers from many areas, academics as well as professionals from various design fields, in order to generate interesting interdisciplinary discussions. Parallel sessions will take place where students and other participants give presentations related to the area of expertise of the chairperson.
