An officially issued product that has found its way to our warehouse. Highly prized thought managment devices carried by high-rank officials, DPs were used in meetings to control aggression and regulate decisions.
Out of use, these devices are being used for more sinister purposes. Made in the Ukraine.
Expensive, but worth it.
